This section of Data on Demand helps you to understand the managers and employees who are or are not having sessions or logging into OpenBlend, allowing you to keep an eye on usage.
Please note, that for a session to be logged, the employee must click on the 'Begin a Session' button in OpenBlend.On this page, there is a colour coded system, to help you easily identify the usage levels for sessions and log-ins.
Colour Key:
GREEN = 76%-100%
YELLOW = 51% - 75%
RED = 0% - 50%
Usage by Manager, Employee
This section shows the number of sessions completed by the manager for each of their direct reports, within the timeframe selected.
For example, Manager 1 has completed 10 sessions in total, in 2021; which breaks down into 6 sessions with Employee 1 and 4 sessions with Employee 2, giving a sessions complete percentage of 100%.
This table shows:
- Team size (# of employees)
- % Employees logged in
This is colour coded to allow you to easily see the percentage of usage for each Job Function. - (Number) # employees logged in
- Total Log-ins
The total number of log-ins for all employees during that time frame - % Employees had sessions
This is colour coded to allow you to easily see the percentage of usage for each Job Function. - Employee's sessions (# of employees had sessions)
- Total sessions
The total number of sessions for all employees during that time frame

- List of managers
- List of managers and a sub list of their direct reports
- List of employees
You can also export this table into Excel, for easy manipulation of the data.
