Data on Demand is OpenBlend’s reporting feature, powered by Microsoft PowerBI. Data on Demand enables you to analyse your business’s live OpenBlend data.

This section of Data on Demand gives you visibility on each and every log-in and session that has taken place in OpenBlend.
Log-ins over time
This bar chart shows you the total number of log-ins completed over time by your employees
For example, in 2017, there were 1,407 individual log-ins to OpenBlend by our employees
You can also drill into the graph to view the data by years, quarters, months or days. Learn more about drilling into the data here.
Log-in History by employee
This table displays data on each session that has taken place in OpenBlend. The data includes:
- Employee Name
Displays the name of the employee - Login Date
The date in which the employee logged in - Manager
Displays the name of the employee's direct manager - Job Function
Displays the job function of the employee - Office Location
Displays the office location of the employee
Sessions over time
This bar chart shows you the total number of the different types of sessions completed
For example, in Q1 2021, 5 Connection sessions took place and 68 Manager sessions took place.

Session details by employee
This table displays data on each session that has taken place in OpenBlend. The data includes:
- Talent Name
Displays the name of the employee - Session Date
Displays the date of the session - Session Number
Displays the session count of the employee - Session Manager
Displays the name of the manager who the employee had the session with - Job Function
Displays the job function of the employee - Office Location
Displays the office location of the employee - Session Type
Displays the type of session (Manager or Connection) - Direct Manager
Displays the name of the employee's direct manager
