Data on Demand is OpenBlend’s reporting feature, powered by Microsoft PowerBI. Data on Demand enables you to analyse your business’s live OpenBlend data.
Blend Progress
This section of Data on Demand gives you an overall visibility on the Blend Drivers progress over time.
In this section can drill up and down in the bar chart data formats to view the data by by:
- Years
- Quarters
- Months
- Days

Blend Driver popularity
This section displays all of your Blend Drivers and the number of employees who have selected each within their Blend. This section is ordered from most popular to least popular.
Gap Progress
This shows your Average Blend Gap over time. The Blend Gap is the percentage difference between your Current Scores and the Target Scores.
Score Progress
This shows your Average Blend Scores over time, the green bar represents the Average Current Score of the Blend Drivers and the black linear line represents the Average Target Score.
Driver Definitions
This displays the Blend Driver definitions that individuals have entered. This data is anonymised so that you will not know who entered what definition.
Top Tip! Use this report section to demonstrate changes within your Blend Gaps over time, you can click on specific Drivers on the graph on the left hand side to display the data specific to the Driver or use the filter on the right hand side to select multiple Drivers.
Great for being able to report on your Average Blend Current Score, Target Scores and Gap for specific Blend Drivers you may want to report on as part of your Success Metrics.
