Logging into OpenBlend
1. Make sure you're using the correct log-in link:
- Please launch the OpenBlend login page using this link: https://app.openblend.com
Using Internet Explorer?
Microsoft is in the process of phasing out Internet Explorer. Please use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome to log in to OpenBlend.
2. Do you see the error message "Email address or password is incorrect"?
If you have successfully logged in to OpenBlend before, please try resetting your password - click the "Reset password" link on the OpenBlend login page.
If you are trying to log in to OpenBlend for the first time, there may be a problem with your account. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or the OpenBlend support team by raising a ticket here: New Ticket
3. If you see a "password incorrect" error message but no OpenBlend logo at the top of the page
If you see this message, your company is set up for you to log into OpenBlend using Single Sign-On (SSO). You should log in to OpenBlend using your regular company login password (usually the same password used to get in to your company email). If you need to change/reset this password, please contact your IT team for help with this.
4. If you see a different error message
Please contact your Customer Success Manager or the OpenBlend support team. Please raise a ticket and include as many details of the error message you see, including screenshots when possible. You can raise a ticket here: New Ticket
