Overview
Only you and your direct line manager are able to view your Motivators. Any information seen at a wider team level and at a company level is aggregated, keeping your personal Motivators private between you and your manager.
Viewing your own Motivators
To view your Motivators progress, simply navigate to the Motivators section within OpenBlend using the left-hand side navigation.
From here you can then view the "Motivator Progress History" tab.
Each motivator's progress is displayed within a graph and shows any updates made, including those made within a 1:1 and displays the date for each, as shown in the screenshot below.
When you hit your target score, you will see a badge appear, showing that you have hit your target score.
Viewing my direct reports Motivators
As a leader you can view your direct report's Motivators progress via your My Team section in OpenBlend.
To view this, simply click on the direct report's name within the list of your direct reports and Go To their Motivators section.
From here you can then view their current Motivators on the Motivators Wheel and the Motivators Progress graphs.
