Viewing your own Motivators
Only you and your manager will be able to view your chosen Motivators. Any information seen at a wider team level and at a company level is aggregated, keeping your personal Motivators private. To view your Motivators, simply navigate to the Motivators tab using the left-hand navigation.
From here you can:
- View and update your current motivators
- View your Motivators progress history
- Change your selected Motivators
If there are no changes to your Motivators score, you can also click on the 'Happy with all my scores' button at the bottom of the first tab.
Viewing your direct report's Motivators
As a manager, you can view your direct report's Motivators progress via your 'My Team' tab in OpenBlend.
To view this, simply click on the direct report's name within the list of your direct reports and click on 'Motivators' in the top navigation panel.
