Talking Points Update!
Talking Points have received a few improvements that are currently visible in OpenBlend, check them out now!
Note: Talking Points is an optional feature; your business may not have it switched on.
What's New!
- When in a session a ''Back to Talking Points'' button is visible on ALL on pages excluding the Talking Points page.
- Additional Talking Points now include a description box that supports hyperlinks.
- Additional Talking Points can now be marked as discussed instead of being removed.
- The side-panel to +add talking points will now feature a count for both Objectives & Actions/To Do's
- A new ''Session History'' tab in Talking Points: view details of previous sessions & any discussed Talking Points.
The side-panel to +add Talking Points will now display a count for both Objectives & Actions/To Do’s – this is a customisable feature; your business may have called these something else.
Additional Talking Points have been updated including a description box which supports hyperlinks and personalised emojis.
If you already had a session you will now be able to access a Session History section from your Talking Points page. Any entries in this page will include details of previous sessions and which Talking Points, if any, were discussed.
If you have a Leader you will now see information on your Next Session, including a link to edit the session booking. This will be displayed at the top of the Talking Points page. If you do not have a session, you will also see a link to book one.
If you have any undiscussed Talking Points remaining at the end of the Session, a banner will appear on how many Talking Points have not yet been discussed and that they will be carried over to the next session. If a session is booked, a link to this session will be displayed.
Leaders are now able to add Talking Points to their talents that can be discussed in your next session. There are labels displayed on each Talking Point to indicated who added it.
Objectives Update!
Note: When Objectives are created it's simple to have regular conversations to update on progress and empowers people to work independently towards common goals.
What's New!
- Company Admins will now be able to transfer all Open Team Objectives from one Leader to another via the Teams page.
- When a leader is deleted, their Team Objectives are transferred ''up the chain'' to their Leader - if they do not have a Leader but have Open Objectives, it will not be possible to delete them.
- Lists of aligned Objectives within Team and Company Objectives will have an option to show Closed Objectives which are aligned to the Team/Company Objective.
- Actions linked to Personal Objectives will now appear in a Linked Actions panel.
This displays a list of Closed Objectives which are aligned to Team/Company Objectives.
Actions linked to Personal Objectives will now appear in a Linked Actions panel below the Objective details instead of a separate tab. This does not feature for Team and Company objectives.
New! Calendar Session Booking
Note: You can now book, edit, and cancel Sessions directly from your personal email calendars (Outlook/Gmail Calendar/ others).
What's New!
- You can set up a new standalone or recurring Session in your own email calendar by creating a meeting and adding the OpenBlend calendar email address, as well as your Leader's and teams' email, to the meeting invitation.
- You can send updates with edits (e.g. moving a single session in a recurring series, updating a series) or cancellations within your email calendar by sending these to the same OpenBlend calendar email address.
- When in OpenBlend, sessions that have been set up will only be editable by the users that have created them, and only via the original booking method.
- All day Sessions booked by accident, or sessions including other invitees other than your Leader will be rejected.
