Our unique Blend tool sits at the heart of OpenBlend and supports managers to understand what really drives their employees, celebrating that one size doesn’t fit all.
Selecting your Blend Drivers
When you first log-in to OpenBlend you will need to select the Blend Drivers that are most important to you and which best describe your motivational drivers.
You can use the toggle against each of the Drivers to select or deselect each one.
The Blend Wheel
Once you have selected all of your Blend Drivers, you will see the OpenBlend Blend Wheel within the Blend section of your profile.
From the Blend wheel you can:
- For newly selected Blend Drivers, you can add your description and set your current and target scores by clicking on the Driver.
- View, edit, and update your Drivers at any time by clicking on the appropriate wheel segment
- View your Driver descriptions by hovering over the segment of the wheel
