Overview

Our next Product update will be coming on Thursday 16th December. This release includes:


  • Registration Revamp (see the new process here)
    • Updated Registration Process
    • Ability to set some registration questions to required, optional, read only, or hidden 
    • Blend & Wellbeing decoupled from the registration process

You will have access to all of this in your Demo environment from Tuesday 14th December. 



Optional Registration Questions

You now have the option to set the following questions to optional, read only or to disable them completely.

  • Gender Identity
  • Birth Year
  • Dependants
  • Job Function
  • Office Location


Job Function and Office Location questions can also be set to required.


If all questions on one particular page are set to read-only or hidden, the page does not appear in the registration process at the start. 

 

Please note, this has to be completed by OpenBlend for you. If you would like to take advantage of this, please get in contact with your Customer Success Manager directly or contact the team at customersuccess@openblend.com



Do you have a User Sync integration? If you have a User Sync, your employees will not need to complete the registration process as all the data is sent directly through to OpenBlend. When a new user logs into OpenBlend for the first time, they will be taken straight to their Summary Dashboard. 



Other Items

Blend

  • The addition of Blend progress charts both as a separate tab in the Blend area and as charts for individual Blend drivers in the Change/Update Blend driver modal


Talking Points

  • Disabled features are no longer available in the Talking Points menu, to add to your session agenda.
  • Disabled features are now removed from Talking Points for any users that have added them
     

Actions & Objectives

  • Email notifications no longer sent for any updates made to an Objective when inside an OpenBlend session
  • Users will no longer be able to update progress on milestones belonging to closed Objectives
  • Talent users accessing their personal Objectives from a Team Objective are now redirected to their own objectives list when viewing and deleting their own Objective
     

Paused Users

  • Paused users' calendar/session reminders are no longer sent to their assigned Leader
  • Paused users will no longer appear in their assigned Leader’s Team High Five area
