Every OpenBlend customer is provided with a demo environment, separate from their live environment. The demo environment enables Admins to test elements such as configuration changes without effecting any of your users. Product releases are also made available in the demo environment approximately 1 week prior to going into the live environment.
Please note: Your demo environment is completely separate from your live environment, and you will need separate log in credentials.
How to access
Access to your demo environment is available from the Admin section in OpenBlend. Alternatively you will be able to see your demo login details in your Value Case page. Should you have any questions about settings in your Demo environment or if you're having any issue accessing, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
