Data on Demand is OpenBlend’s reporting feature, powered by Microsoft PowerBI. Data on Demand enables you to analyse your business’s live OpenBlend data.



My Profile Activity


This section of Data on Demand gives you visibility on employees interacting with different features in OpenBlend when within 'My Profile'. 


These interactions include: 

  • Talking Points: Viewed
  • Actions: Viewed Actions: Updated
  • Blend: Viewed
  • Blend: Updated
  • Objectives: Viewed
  • Objectives: Update
  • Wellbeing: Viewed
  • Wellbeing: Updated
  • High Fives: Viewed
  • Feedback: Viewed
  • Feedback: Updated
  • Evaluate: Viewed


My Profile: Daily Feature Activity by Type

A pie chart showing the number of times an employee has interacted with particular features, at least once, outside of a session, within the timeframe set. In here you can see the number of interactions vs the percentage of employees who completed the activity.  

For example, in 2021 Wellbeing was updated 800 times by 5% of employees outside of a session. 


My Profile: Daily Feature Activity

Showing the following statistics:

  • Percentage of employees who have interacted with the 'My Profile' outside of a session 
  • Total number of employees who have interacted with the 'My Profile' outside of a session
  • Average number of days an employee spent in 'My Profile' within the timeframe
  • Average number of days an employee had between interactions with 'My Profile' within the timeframe

For example, in 2021 employees, on average, employees interacted with their 'My Profile' every 34.5 days.  


My Profile: Daily Feature Activity by Job Function, Employee Name and Activity Data

As above; however, in this view you are able to drill down into the data, in a table format, to see how many times employees interacted with the features outside of a session. 

For example, employees within the Customer Marketing function viewed Talking Points 67 times, outside of sessions, within 2021. 


My Profile: Daily Feature Activity Over Time

Data as per My Profile: Daily Feature Activity by Type graph; however, you can drill up and down in the time to view this by day, month, quarter and year.

For example, in Q1 2021 Wellbeing was updated 736 times, outside of a session.
