How often are new versions of OpenBlend released?
OpenBlend release cycle typically runs every 2 weeks. Sometimes releases are relatively minor or under-the-hood improvements, whereas other times a release might include major updates and new features!
Our releases usually happen on a Thursday, but our Customer Success Team will keep you up to date with all of our release communications.

All of our release notes are published in our Knowledge base, for easy access. We release our release notes in 3 stages
- Provisional release list - Available 5 weeks prior to the release
A short list, giving you an overview of what to expect with our next release. Please note this is subject to change.
- Provisional release notes - Available 3 weeks before release
The provisional list with some detail with regards to the release, to support comms creation. Please note this is subject to change. - Final release notes - Available 2 week before release
The full release notes, with all the details for the release, just in time for the release to Demo.
