Data on Demand is OpenBlend’s reporting feature, powered by Microsoft PowerBI. Data on Demand enables you to analyse your business’s live OpenBlend data.



Filtering your Data


When analysing your data in Data on Demand, you can use the filtering options on the right hand-side to:


Search

You are able to use the search bar to search specific words or names within the report you are viewing. 


Filter by:  

  • Job Function
    As defined in the employee's profile or your User Sync integration. 

  • Office Location
    As defined in the employee's profile or your User Sync integration. 

  • Manager Name
    Direct Line Manager, as defined in the employee's user.

  • Custom Filters (3)
    If you have a User Sync enabled, you can have up to 3 custom filters in Data on Demand, allowing you to split your data in the way you need it.

Please note that you will need to have Job Functions & Office Locations enabled to use these filters.

Report Specific Filters


Certain pages within Data on Demand will have specific filters to help you slice and dice the data. 


Date Filters


You can filter your data by a specific timeframe, using the date filter. 


Simply click on the date you want to change, you can change the month by clicking on the month name, and change the year by clicking on the year. Then simply select the date you wish to filter by. 


Repeat this for the end date, to set your timeframe. 



Picklist Filters


There are various picklist filters throughout Data on Demand, which you can use to slice and dice the data. These include:
