This guide details the whitelisting policies that need to be in place for OpenBlend to work correctly for your company.
Web Application
For information: the OpenBlend web application is hosted on the following domains:
• openblend.com
• openblendmethod.co.uk
It is not normally necessary to make any web/internet firewall changes for these domains to be accessible. The IP addresses associated with these domains may change from time to time. Rendering the OpenBlend web application does also require access to the domains of some of our sub-processors.
OpenBlend Emails
Emails are sent from two domains:
• @openblendmethod.co.uk
• @openblend.com
Emails will come from a number of addresses depending on the topic:
• calendar@openblend.com
• members@openblendmethod.co.uk
• no-reply@openblendmethod.co.uk
• no-reply@openblend.com
• helpdesk@openblend.com
• members@openblend.com
These should be added to the safe senders list in Exchange / Office 365, or in any email spam filtering system you may use.
IP Addresses - For Information
Automated emails sent by the OpenBlend system should all be sent from the following IP address: 208.117.57.13
These addresses are dedicated to OpenBlend emails, it shouldn’t normally be necessary to make any configuration changes to allow emails from this address.
OpenBlend Customer Success Notifications
At OpenBlend, we use Planhat, to help make your customer journey as smooth and successful as possible.
As admins, you will have access to your very own customer portal which our Customer Success Team may contact you via from time to time, with updates on product releases and any information you may need to know.
