Data on Demand is OpenBlend’s reporting feature, powered by Microsoft PowerBI. Data on Demand enables you to analyse your business’s live OpenBlend data.



Drilling into your Data

You are able to drill up and down into the data sets within many graphs and tables in Data on Demand.


Timeline Graphs

Every graph with the date at it’s X-Axis can be displayed as data by Day, Month, Quarter or Year.



Data Tables

There are various data tables in Data on Demand, drilling up and down in these, where possible, will allow you to view the data sets by:

  1. Job Function > Job Function & Manager > Job Function & Manager & Direct Reports
  2. Office Location >  Office Location & Manager > Office Location & Manager & Direct Reports
  3. Manager > Manager & Direct Reports > Employees





Drilling Down into Data

To drill down into the data, simply hover on the graph to reveal the menu in the top right corner and click the double arrow, as highlighted above. 



Drilling Up

To drill back up in the data, simply hover on the graph to reveal the menu in the top right corner and click the upwards pointing arrow, as highlighted above.
