Data on Demand is OpenBlend’s reporting feature, powered by Microsoft PowerBI. Data on Demand enables you to analyse your business’s live OpenBlend data.



Export to PowerPoint or PDF


Each of the section in the report can be exported to PDF or PPT.


This function simply takes a screenshot of your data as it is displayed on your screen, including any filters that are switched on and where data that is drilled down. 


To do this, use the Export button at the top of the report, as shown in the screenshot above. 



Exporting Data Tables and Graphs


You are also able to export specific data sets, whether they are in a table or the data used to display a graph. 


To do this, simply

  1. Hover over the table to reveal the table menu options in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Click the 3 dots for More Options. 
  3. Select ‘Export data’.


Any filters set will remain when exported. 



Data on Demand Restrictions: 
‘Analyse in Excel’ is not supported at this time 
‘Exporting underlying data’ is not supported at this time.
