Before creating your Objective Tags, have a think about which tags will be valuable to report on for your business. One example might be to use tags to categorise objectives according to whether they relate to Development, Personal, Business/KPI, Company Values or a particular company initiative. |
What are Objective Tags?
Your OpenBlend objectives can be categorised using Tags, enabling you to filter and organise data from your organisation's Objectives in Data on Demand.
When a user creates an objective, they will be asked if they would like to ‘Tag’ this objective. A list of your Tags will appear in a dropdown list. Multiple Tags can be selected for each Objective.
Objective Tags help to:
- Identify the context of your objective
- Provide clarity of alignment with the wider organisational strategic direction and culture
‘Tags’ against objectives will be visible at a company level
