Do you have a User Sync integration? Your employee's users will be created and updated automatically by your sync.



Create a User



You can create users in the OpenBlend manually at any time. 


Once you have navigated to your Admin section within OpenBlend, you can follow the below steps to create your user


  1. Click User Information from the left-hand navigation
  2. Click the "Add New User" button on the top right-hand side
  3. Complete the necessary details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Leader 
    • Role

  4. Click "Save
