Your Admin Tab
The 'Admin' tab in the left-hand navigation allows you to manage your OpenBlend account on a day-to-day basis. You can also access:
- Dashboard
- User Information
- Reporting
- Teams
- Training
- Company Objectives
- Scoring Systems
- Forms
- Evaluations
- Company Settings
- Demo
Let's explore each of these sections in more detail:
Your Dashboard
On your Admin dashboard you will be able to:
- User Information: View overall users and add new users
- Training: This is not currently a live function
- View an overview of your usage statistics
- Access your company settings
User Information
View all of your live users, split by talent and leader in your 'User Information' tab.
You can all add new users, invite users to register (by sending welcome email) and also edit existing user information (pencil icon). You can delete a user by clicking on the 'trash-bin' icon. If you are an admin that has the 'View all users' functionality switched on you will also be able to view any user profile by clicking on the 'eye' icon.
Reporting
These repots are designed to give you a high level overview of your organisation's usage of OpenBlend, giving you the general insights you need to help drive adoption through keeping a track on usage and identifying trends. You can view & export the data also. If you have any filters applied to your OpenBlend data you will also be able to filter all data in the Reporting screen using these i.e. by office location.
Teams
View the different teams within your business, the number of individuals in that team, and their open team objectives. You can also come here to close or re-assign any open Team Objectives (should a manager leave the business).
Training
PLEASE NOTE: This function is currently not live (although the tab does still show)
View upcoming training or book new training in.
Company Objectives
View the overall progress of company objectives by tracking open and aligned objectives. You can also update, close and create new company objectives.
Scoring Systems
View, edit, delete and add new scoring systems for Objectives, Evaluate and Develop
Forms
Here you can Add/create new Regular or Feedback forms, along with the ability to edit, clone or delete any existing forms. You can also view where each of your forms is being used. Please note: You can only edit and/or delete a form if it is not being used in any live Evaluate cycle.
Evaluations
Create Standard or Probation Evaluate cycles, and view progress of any active cycles too. You can also download cycle reports. By clicking on the ellipsis (three dots) to the right hand side you're able to access your Admin options for a live cycle. These include: Cycle Setting, Progress Summary, Download Report, Duplicate Cycle and End Cycle.
Company Settings
Company settings allows you to update different sections of your account. If you cannot see a particular setting that you would like to update, please contact your Customer Success Manager who will be able to assist you.
