What are Retrospective Metrics?

Retrospective Metrics enables employees and managers to score an Objective upon closing it out, whether it is completed, that the time has past and has not been achieved, that it is no longer applicable, etc.

When retrospectively scoring their Objective progress, employees select a score and add closing comments which allow for regular feedback and continual clarity around the employee's performance.
