Overview
Scoring Systems are used in two areas in OpenBlend, when a user closes an Objective and as part of an Evaluate Review.
When using for Objectives, Scoring Systems enable employees and managers to score how well an Objective was met, before it is closed. Employees can select a score, and add any retrospective comments which allow for regular feedback and continual clarity around their performance.
