This section shows you your overall stats on the usage of High Fives within your organisation. Showing statistics for:

  • High Fives sent
    This shows the total number of High Fives that have been sent by your employees within the timeframe selected.
    For example, 2,588 High Fives were sent in 2021
  • High Fives viewed
    This shows the total number of High Fives that have been viewed by your employees within the timeframe selected.
    For example, 2,451 High Fives were viewed by employees who were sent a High Five in 2021. Meaning that 137 High Fives were not viewed by employees who had received them in 2021 
  • Employees received
    This shows the total number of employees that have received a High Five within the timeframe selected.
    For example, 1,212 employees were sent a High Five in 2021
  • Percentage (%) employees received
    This shows the percentage of employees that have received a High Five within the timeframe selected.
    For example, 47% of employees were sent a High Five in 2021
  • Employees sent
    This shows the total number of employees that sent a High Five within the timeframe selected.
    For example, 762 employees sent a High Five in 2021
  • Percentage (%) employees sent
    This shows the percentage of employees that sent a High Five within the timeframe selected.
    For example, 30% of employees sent a High Five in 2021

This shows the number of High Fives sent over time. You can drill up and down in the data to view this by:

  • Years
  • Quarters
  • Months
  • Days

Received High Fives by job function, recipient

This shows a leaderboard of employees who have received the most High Fives within the timeframe selected, displaying the employee's name and the number of High Fives that they have been sent. 


Top Tip! Recognise your employees that receive the most High Fives - Here at OpenBlend we run a recognition scheme called "High Five King or Queen" to shout out the employee who has received the most High Fives each quarter. 


Given High Fives by job function, sender

This shows a leaderboard of employees who have sent the most High Fives within the timeframe selected, displaying the employee's name and the number of High Fives that they have sent.


High Five Themes

This shows a word cloud based on the main themes that come up in the High Fives that have been sent. 


Top Tip! Share the word cloud of High Five themes within your newsletters or company intranet to celebrate the High Fives that have been sent out.
