Data on Demand is OpenBlend’s reporting feature, powered by Microsoft PowerBI. Data on Demand enables you to analyse your business’s live OpenBlend data.



Wellbeing Progress


This section of Data on Demand gives you an overall visibility on your average Wellbeing scores over time and by Job Function. 


Wellbeing Progress is recorded when an employee updates Wellbeing.

  • To view the number of employees who have scored, hover over a line/bar on the charts.
  • If an employee has not updated their scores in the time frame selected, they won't be counted.
  • If an employee has updated more than once in the time frame, their scores will be averaged.


In this section can drill up and down in the bar chart data formats to view the data by by:

  • Years
  • Quarters
  • Months
  • Days

Please note that this data only accounts for those who updated their Wellbeing during the timeframe you have selected. This is not an average across all employees within the business. 


Average Wellbeing scores over time

This data graph shows your average Wellbeing score over time.


Wellbeing Scores by Job Function

This table of data shows you the average Wellbeing score per Job Function and for each Wellbeing question over time. 


Stress management scores over time

This data graph shows the average score for the Stress management question in Wellbeing score over time.


Confidence scores over time

This data graph shows the average score for the Confidence question in Wellbeing score over time.


Happiness scores over time

This data graph shows the average score for the Happiness question in Wellbeing score over time.
