Integrations

Slack Notifications BETA


Similarly to our Microsoft Teams integration, our Slack Integration allows for users to receive notifications about upcoming sessions, manager/talent updates, and High Fives via our Slack bot. 


We are going to be running releasing a Limited Closed BETA for the first 2 months, before this will be widely available. If you are interested in taking part in the BETA, please contact your Customer Success Manager. 



Sessions & Notifications

Booking Sessions

Users can now book a session directly from the Begin Session page.



Notifications

  • Session preparation emails to remind users to update their profiles will no longer be sent over the weekend.

  • Managers can now receive a notification for any changes that their employee's make to their own Blend Drivers in the last 15 minutes. Please note, this is an optional notification and can be turned off like all the others in Notification Settings. Wellbeing notifications coming in a later release.



Evaluate 

Updating Evaluate Submission Statuses

Admins can now push manager evaluations and employee self-evaluations to different statuses, including:

  • Submit an Evaluation in "Draft" status on behalf of a manager or employee
  • Un-submit a previously submitted Evaluation on behalf of a manager or employee
  • Force an Evaluation in "Ready to Discuss" status to "Completed" on behalf of a manager or employee, making it available on the employee's profile.

Other Fixes/Improvements

  • Talents with no actions assigned to their manager will no longer see different tabs within their Actions area. However, Talents who previously had or currently have actions assigned to their manager will retain these tabs.

  • Users can now go “Back” to the Driver Selection screen from the Score and Define step when selecting and defining their drivers for the first time after registration

  • Admins can now delete empty job functions which previously contained users who are now deleted.

  • Notes are now no longer being overwritten when they are created/edited on the activity feed page, instead a new version of the note will be created under the new date stamp.
