Overview
As an admin, you are able to amend the status of manager or employee self-evaluations if needed. Simply follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your Evaluations homepage and click on the ellipsis (...) next to your chosen evaluate cycle. Then select 'View progress summary'
2. On the 'Manager Evaluation' tab, select the name of the individual and then click on 'Bulk Actions', from there you can:
- Un-submit manager evaluations
- Create and mark manager-evaluations as 'In progress'
- Mark manager evaluations as Submitted
- Mark manager evaluations as not calibrated
Please note, once the manager evaluation is in 'Completed' status, you are unable to change the status of that evaluate cycle submission. If you require this please contact your Customer Success Manager or raise a support ticket.
3. On the 'Employee Evaluation' tab, select the name of the individual and then click on 'Bulk Actions', from there you can:
- Un-submit an employee self-evaluation
