Data on Demand is OpenBlend’s reporting feature, powered by Microsoft PowerBI. Data on Demand enables you to analyse your business’s live OpenBlend data.



Objectives History



This section gives you all the detail on your employee's objectives as well as the Team and Company Objectives. 


Total Objectives

This shows you the total number of Objectives, ever created in OpenBlend. 


Number of Objectives aligned to Company Objectives

This shows a bar graph of your Company Objectives and the number of Team or Employee Objectives aligned to them. 

For example, 71 Objectives have been aligned to Company Objective 2. 


Objectives Details Table 

This table gives you all the Objective detail, for Company Objectives, Team Objectives and Employee Objectives.

The data provided includes:

  • Status
    Objective Status - Open or Closed
     
  • Hierarchy level
    This will show as Company, Team or Employee depending on the type of Objective.
     
  • Job function
    The Job Function of the Objective owner
     
  • Manager name
    The name of the employee's direct line manager, as per OpenBlend. 
     
  • Employee name
    The name of the employee who owns the Objective. Please note, this will show as your company name for Team and Company Objectives.
     
  • Title 
    The title of the Objective 
     
  • Description
    The description of the Objective
     
  • Tags
    Any Tags which the Objective is associated to
     
  • Current value
    The current progress of the Objective
     
  • Target value
    The target value of the Objective, for Percentage and Milestone metric types, this will be 100. Other Metric types are customisable. 
     
  • Metric
    The type of metric assigned to the Objective. These include: 
    • Binary (Yes/No)
    • Currency
    • Milestone
    • Numeric
    • Percent
       
  • Currency  
    If the metric type is Currency, the currency type will show here. The options include:  
    • GBP (£)
    • USD ($)
    • EUR (€)
       
  • Hierarchy Aligned
    The Company or Team Objective that the Objective is aligned to, if any. Un-aligned Objectives will show as "Not Aligned". 
     
  • Aligned Parent Title
    If the Objective is aligned to a Company or Team Objective, the title of the Objective will be shown here. 
     
  • Created Date
    The date the Objective was created by the individual
     
  • Start Date
    The date set as the start date for the Objective
  • Due Date
    The date that was set for the Objective to be completed by
     
  • Close Date
    The date at which the Objective was closed out by the employee or their manager. For Objectives which are still open, this will show blank. 
     
  • Close Comment
    The closing comment added for the Objective when the Objective was closed out by the employee or their manager.
     
  • Score (selected by user) - If Retrospective Metrics is enabled
    The retrospective score selected for the Objective when the Objective was closed out by the employee or their manager. 


Retrospective Metrics is a feature OpenBlend offers, where you can set scores for your employees to retrospectively rate the end result of their Objective. 

Examples include, Over achieved, Achieved, Did not achieve and No longer applicable or something lighter such as Smashed it, hit it, missed it and no longer applicable

Filtering the Data

You can filter the Objective data by Hierarchy level, Status (Open/Closed) and Tag from this page.

Objective Status

  • Open
  • Closed


Select a Tag

A multi-select list of your company Objective Tags. Selecting a Tag or multiple Tags will filter the data to only show the Objectives which have the associated Tag(s).
