Data on Demand is OpenBlend’s reporting feature, powered by Microsoft PowerBI. Data on Demand enables you to analyse your business’s live OpenBlend data.
Current Wellbeing
This section of Data on Demand gives you an overall visibility on your average Wellbeing scores across the entire business, regardless of when users last updated their scores.
Current Wellbeing shows the most recent Wellbeing data for all employees.
- If an employee has not set-up Wellbeing, they won't be counted.
- If an employee has only scored Wellbeing for the first time, their initial score will be counted.
- If an employee has made progress updates, their most recent score will be counted.
Current Overall Average Wellbeing
Taking all users current Wellbeing score on their profile and calculating the average score for the business.
Current Wellbeing Summary
As scoring your Wellbeing is no longer a mandatory part of the registration, not all employees may have set up their Wellbeing yet, so this section gives detail on the number of employees included within the average scores on this page.
- Total employees scored
The total number of employees who have scored their Wellbeing at any point in time, since using OpenBlend.
- Percentage of all employees scored
Percentage of all employees who have scored their Wellbeing at any point in time, since using OpenBlend.
- Average days since current Wellbeing score
The average number of days between today and the last time employees updated their Wellbeing score. Calculated by taking the number of days, between today and the date of the last time they updated their Wellbeing, for each employee and calculating the average number of days.
Time since current Wellbeing Score
Shows you a donut chart of the number and the percentage of employees, by the timeframe since the last update to their Wellbeing. The options are:
- 0-7 Days
- 8 - 30 Days
- More than a month
You can click on the bars to filter the entire page by the averages for each of the time periods.
Top Tip! When running Wellbeing initiatives within your business, you can use this section to keep a track of the number of employees updating their Wellbeing, to ensure that you are able to get an accurate score for the whole business. Ie. All employees should sit within the 0-7 or 8-30 days mark, meaning all employees have updated their Wellbeing within the last month.

We do tend to see companies improving in their Wellbeing scores over time, especially in organisations where managers are consistently using OpenBlend for their one-to-ones.
