How an employee feels has a big impact on their performance. For managers, understanding a direct report’s confidence, happiness and ability to manage stress is the first step in removing performance barriers and unlocking high potential.
Our Wellbeing module makes it easy to integrate wellbeing check-ins into every 1:1 by providing a straightforward visual tool that employees and managers can easily navigate to address happiness, confidence, and stress management.
Wellbeing asks you three simple questions about how you're feeling (on a scale of 0-10):
- How happy are you?
- How confident are you?
- How capable do you feel to manage stress?
Setting up Wellbeing
You can revisit the Wellbeing module at any time to update your scores.
You will see three gauge dials. For each dial, simply click on the score for each question to rate how you are feeling right now, and then click 'Save scores'. The chart will show how your scores have changed over time. If nothing has changed you can just click on the 'Happy with my Scores' button to record an update.
