Interested in the Teams integration? As an OpenBlend user, you can choose to install the OpenBlend Bot yourself, by following the below steps. Alternatively, your IT team can install the OpenBlend Bot for you, for all employees automatically, for a full company roll-out. Speak to your Customer Success Manager for more information. Get Set-up!
You can now add the OpenBlend Bot to your Teams app yourself. Follow the steps below to get set-up.
1. Open the 'Apps' menu in your Teams app
OpenBlend now has a public App in Microsoft Teams. Once you open the Apps menu, simply search for "OpenBlend" in the search bar.
2. Click on "Install"
This will install the OpenBlend Notifications Bot to your Teams App.
And that's it!
You should now start to receive notifications through your Teams
Your Notification Preferences
You can set your Notification Preferences from within your Profile, to choose how you would like to receive different notifications.
