Session Booking / Logging Improvements
NEW! Begin a Session pop-up
There is a new pop-up which shows at the start time of your session, prompting the user to click on "Begin a session".
- The pop-up can be dismissed or the user can start the session straight from the modal
- Once dismissed, the pop-up does not show up again until the next session is due to start
NEW! Missed Session Feedback
The missed session email, which triggers when a user who does not click on "Begin a session" button, will contain a link to provide feedback on why the session was missed. This data is collected for analysis by our Product and Tech teams.
If there is no next session booked, the email will also have a link to take the user straight to the session booking page.
NEW! Cancellation Reason
When cancelling a session, OpenBlend will now give the user an option to include a cancellation reason.
This reason is recorded in activity feed and show on the cancellation email
- Please note, that this is only applicable for sessions booked from OpenBlend App and not via the calendar integration.
NEW! Rebook a Session Nudge
Employees can nudge their manager to rebook a session, which the manager cancelled.
This will be presented in the form of an email sent 3 days after the cancellation occurs
Other Improvements
Activity Feed
If a user discusses the Previous Session card in their current session, this will now be reflected in the post-session summary notifications.
Session Bookings
Users with no booked session can now book one directly from a new prompt on the landing page
Agenda Items / Talking Points
Custom agenda items now show the More Details section on the Agenda Item card instead of just in the View/Edit modal
Managers can now move around their talents' Agenda Item tiles
