We have developed a new "Getting Started" page, giving you more insight into the OpenBlend set-up journey for your employees. Following this release, you will have access to the below data points, showing the percentage of employees who have completed each step. 

 

Colour Key:

GREEN = Yes

ORANGE = No


  • Registration completed
  • Blend set-up
  • Wellbeing set-up
  • First session completed
  • Future session booked
  • Recurring session completed
  • Wellbeing set-up
  • Future bookings by type

 

The exportable table, containing this data, along with employee email, Job Function, Office Location, manager name and manager email address.

The Log-ins & Sessions page will be removed and replaced with a new "Summary" page, with information on log-ins and sessions, including giving you new insights into the frequency of usage.


Following this release, you will have access to the below data for log-ins and sessions, which is filterable to a specific period of time. 


Log-in information 

  • % employees logged in
  • Number employees logged in
  • Average days between log-ins
  • Average days since last log-in
  • Time since last log-in
  • Average log-in frequency, for all users, over the last year


Session information

  • % employees had sessions
  • Number employees had sessions
  • Average days between sessions
  • Average days since last session
  • Time since last session
  • Average log-in frequency, for all users, over the last year


The exportable table, containing this data by employee, along with employee email, Job Function, Office Location, manager name and manager email address.

The below features will no longer be accessible through Data on Demand following this release. 


Summary Page

The current "Summary" page, as shown below, will be updated to support the log-in and session data. Statistics on registration and first session will be available in the new "Getting Started" page.


 

Log-in & Sessions Page

Please note that the Log-in & Sessions page, as shown below, will be retired, as this will be replaced by the new updated "Summary" page.

Please note that this metric will no longer be available in any of the Data on Demand reports.
