Data on Demand is OpenBlend’s reporting feature, powered by Microsoft PowerBI. Data on Demand enables you to analyse your business’s live OpenBlend data.



Summary



This report page in Data on demand focuses on the log-ins and sessions conducted by your employees, giving you insights into the frequency of their usage. For ease of understanding this report, we have split this how-to into 3 sections. 


Log-in Data


  

Note: Full login data data has been recorded since October 2020. Preceding this date, OpenBlend detects a ‘login’ as someone not in a session who has also updated Blend or Wellbeing or Objectives

 

Logins

Shows the percentage of employees who have accessed/logged into OpenBlend within the timeframe set. 

  • Percentage of all employees logged in
    For example 81% of employees have logged in at least once in 2021. 
  • Total employees logged in
    For example 1,207 of employees have logged in at least once in 2021.
  • Average days between log-in
  • Average days since log-in

 

Percentage of employees logged in

Shows the percentage of employees who logged in over time, in a line graph, allowing you to compare usage over time.  


You can drill up and down in the data to view this by:

  • Years
  • Quarters
  • Months
  • Days

Time since last log-in

A bar chart showing you how your organisation breaks down, by their last log-in date. The last log-ins are broken down into the following groupings.

  • Less than (<) 30 days ago
  • 1 - 3 months ago
  • 4 - 6 months ago
  • 7 - 12 months ago
  • More than a year ago
  • No activity
    Meaning they have never logged in. 


Average log-in frequency (in last year)

This pie chart, shows the average log-in frequency, over the last year for each of your employees. Allowing you to see the average frequency within your organisation, across your employee population.

 


Session Data


 

Sessions 

This table shows you the number and percentage of your managers who have had a session with their employee(s) within the timeframe set. 

  • Percentage of all employees had sessions
    For example, 62% of employees have completed a session with their manager at least 1 session in 2021.
  • Total employees
    For example, 918 employees have conducted at least 1 session with their employee(s) in 2021.
  • Average days between sessions
  • Average days since last sessions

Percentage of employees had sessions

Shows the percentage of employees who had session over time, in a line graph, allowing you to compare usage over time.

  • Quarters
  • Months

Time since last session

A bar chart showing you how your organisation breaks down, by their last session date. Please note, users need to have clicked "Begin a session" for the session to be logged. The last log-ins are broken down into the following groupings.

  • Less than (<) 30 days ago
  • 1 - 3 months ago
  • 4 - 6 months ago
  • 7 - 12 months ago
  • More than a year ago
  • No activity
    Meaning they have never had/logged a session

   

Average session frequency (in last year)

This pie chart, shows the average session frequency, over the last year for each of your employees. Allowing you to see the average frequency within your organisation, across your employee population.

Detailed Data Table 

The data table, contains the following data points per employee, currently active in the system. 

  • Employee Name
  • Added Date
  • Log-in Details Sent
  • Time Since Last Log-in
  • Average Log-in Frequency (last year)
  • Time Since Last Session
  • Average Session Frequency (last year)

  

The following data points are also accessible when exporting the data. 

  • Employee Email
  • Job Function
  • Office Location
  • Manager Name
  • Manager Email Address

  

Exporting the Data Table

Filtering the Data Table

You can filter by Job Function, Office Location, Manager Name or one of your custom groupings, as usual within Data on Demand. However, you are also able to filter the table by clicking on each of the data slices, to filter to the data by the section you make.

 

The date filter for this report can be found within the right-hand side filters panel, highlighted below.
