Overview
This release is focussed on improving the custom Agenda Item experience and getting a better flow down for customers. There are also some client-requested improvements.

Note: Throughout these release notes, you may see "Agenda Item(s)" referenced. This is the new naming for "Talking Points" in OpenBlend. Which your account may still have this naming.
Custom Agenda Items
NEW! Workflow for Custom Agenda Items
- When creating a new Custom Agenda Item, it will open a dedicated page rather than a pop-up on the screen.
- The page includes some new features:
- Area Link - Dropdown options of all modules in OpenBlend
Allowing you to define exactly what the Agenda Item links to: Blend, Wellbeing, Objectives, etc.)
- If a module is selected and it has sub-categories (e.g Blend > Blend Drivers, Wellbeing > Wellbeing Questions, Objectives > Personal Objectives) then an extra dropdown will appear allowing for more granularity.
- Impact - Dropdown options: Work, Home, Work & Home
- Area Link - Dropdown options of all modules in OpenBlend
Functionality Outside a Session
- Managers and Employees can only edit their own Custom Agenda Item
Functionality Inside a Session
- Any Custom Agenda Item can be edited by the person driving the session
- Discussing a Custom Agenda Item:
- Linked actions will appear in a table at the bottom of the page
- Actions can be added here with the dedicated "Add Action" button

All managers will now have access to the two new tabs within the My Team area.

Team Summary
The Team Summary Page remains unchanged, showing you information on your direct team members and overall team statistics, including their:
- Registration Status
- Next Session
- Number of Talking Points/Agenda Items
- Blend Score
- Wellbeing Score
- Number of Actions
- Number of Objectives
- Session Prep
This is where you can find the coaching preparation for your employee's Blend Drivers.
Team Insights
The Wider Team page has been replaced with Team Insights, this page will show overall information of your direct team and any wider team you may have.
If you are a leader of leaders, meaning you have a sub-team belonging to one of your direct team members, you will now be able to drill-down into your wider team layers, to see information about this sub-team, and subsequent sub-teams.
You can also use the "Go Up To" link to return back up the wider team chain.
The Objectives Metrics dropdown now has an Sub-Team Objectives area:
There are several categories of statistics about team objectives and personal objectives of team members
If “Team Objectives” are disabled, those table columns disappear
Please note, if you have a direct team or a wider team smaller than 3, you will not be able to see the Blend and Wellbeing data in the Team Insights page. Instead, you will see this message: "Data restricted due to a small team size. Read more on how we share employee data in our Data Notice."
