Overview
Our Tech team have been very busy enhancing our Evaluate module to better support probationary reviews.
This release is planned to go into live on Wednesday 24th August 2022
NEW! Probations for Evaluate BETA
OpenBlend now supports automatic probation cycles in Evaluate. This means you can set up an Evaluate cycle for probation reviews and employees will automatically be added to the cycle, based on their start date and the probation period you set for the cycle.
Check-out the full How-to article here.
Interested in using OpenBlend for your Probationary Reviews? Please contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss your processes and the functionality OpenBlend offers in more detail.
Do you have a User Sync? You will need to provide the employee start date & probation length. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss this further, as changes to your User Sync, require OpenBlend Tech Team input to ensure the changes are recognised for your account.
NEW! OpenBlend Home Screen
We have released a newly designed homepage for OpenBlend, which now gives more information on each of the sections, helping to direct users more effectively to the relevant area of OpenBlend.
NEW! Default Objective Descriptions
You can now have a default description appear when your users are creating Objectives, helping to guide them in the best practice for creating an Objective. This is possible for Company Objectives, Team Objectives, and Individual Objectives.
To add in your own default descriptions, simply navigate to Admin > Company Settings > Objectives Details and then complete Objective Template boxes, as shown in the screenshot below.
Other Items
There is now a nudge for talents who have no booked session:
A modal appears on any page in My Profile to remind users to book a session. This appears when:
- The talent has no booked session in the next month
- The talent has no recurring sessions booked
If the prompt is dismissed, it does not show up again for another month
