What is My Activity?
My Activity is a log of all your activity in OpenBlend. This part of the platform allows you to review any past notes, previous 1:1s and updates to your other OpenBlend modules, in chronological order.
Your activity is only visible to you and your manager, and can be used to help you prepare for your upcoming 1:1s.
For Managers: Viewing your Team's Activity
As a manager, you have access to your direct report's activity from your 'My Team' section in left-hand navigation.
Simply click on the name of the individual, and then click on 'Activity' in the main menu.
