Overview

Actions form an essential part of the GROW model and the OpenBlend's coaching approach to having effective one-to-ones and so our Product and Tech teams have been busy re-designing our Actions module to make the feature easier to use and manage.

The expected Demo release date for this is 20th February 2023

The planned release date for this is 2nd March

Please note, release dates are subject to change, but the OpenBlend team will always ensure that the release notes are kept up to date.

NEW! Actions Revamp

Welcome to OpenBlend's all new, easy to use Actions module!

OpenBlend Actions have been made more user-friendly, with a new fresh look, allowing you to easily create and manage your Actions all from one page.

You can now easily add an action with just with a title, and then add additional details such as the due date and link afterwards.

OpenBlend will automatically surface urgent actions, based on the due date, through colours and positioning

There is a new ‘watcher’ feature to Actions, where managers or employees can see each other’s actions if the actions were created within their session or if they were created for each other outside of a session.

Notifications

Users will have the options to be notified when an action has been assigned to them either via email or instant message via Teams, Slack or Webex.

The reminder email 24 hours before your sessions has been tidied up and will now only show Overdue and Upcoming (due date either today or the following 28 days) actions.

  • Users will be notified of the actions in their direct report’s list regardless of whether they own them or are just watching them.

  • There will also be a prompt in the email to update your Blend or Wellbeing if you haven’t updated them in the last 28 days.

Objectives

Team Objectives

Admins can now close Team Objectives from the "Teams" section within the Admin area.

Reporting

The "View/Export" CSV/PDF export for evaluate cycles now includes any custom grouping values if you have them set.

Note: You can have up to 3 custom groupings, alongside Job Function & Office Location. For more information on this, please contact your Customer Success Manager, or if you are unsure who your CSM is, please feel free to contact helpdesk@openblend.come
