Our Product & Tech teams have been busy making improvements to Evaluate to support giving more flexibility and configuration in the set-up and to improve the manager and employee experience when completing the review. Take a look at what's coming below!

NEW! Supporting Links in the Question Description

We now support adding clickable links in the description giving employees and managers the ability to access any supporting documents you may want to sign-post them to, to support completing the question.

  

NEW! Employee & Manager Only Questions

We now support manager only and employee only questions with Evaluate, helping you to streamline the review process for the manager and employees so they will not be able to see/answer questions that don't apply to them. 

  

Employee only questions will be visible to the manager but they will not be able to comment on them. Manager only questions will not be visible to the employee during their self-evaluation but will be visible to the employee during and after the discussion. 

    

Please note, we do not support 'Employee only' complete reviews, so you will need to include at least one question which is applicable for managers and employees such as 'Any other comments'.

  

     

Evaluate Cycle Improvements


 

NEW! Cycle Descriptions

You can now add a description to your Evaluate cycles, supporting up to 2,000 characters. This will appear at the top of the Evaluation form for both the manager and employee, allowing you to provide information and context on the cycle. 

  

NEW! Cycle Due Dates

Supporting the ability to set different due dates for the manager and employee which will be communicated to them. These will also be added to the notifcations which managers and employees recieve. 

  

The new Evaluate Cycle Due Dates include:

  • Self-Evaluation Due
  • Manager Evaluation Due
  • End Date (Discussion Due)

   

Please note, if you have a Cycle currently live, these new dates will apply and the dates which you currently have set will apply as follows: 

Start Date: No change
Due Date: This will automatically becomes the date for the manager and employee self-evaluation due dates. 
End Date: This will automatically beomes the Discussion Due date. 
  

NEW! Set Applicable Participants by Employee

You can now select applicable participants by employee rather than by manager. This functionality will also support the ability to select applicable participants by importing a list of email addresses. 

 

  

NEW! Paragraph Formatting in the Comments Box

The question comments box now supports paragraphing, allowing you to format your responses to each question. 

 

NEW! Supporting Links in the Comments Box

When you add any links into the question comments box, which start  with “https://”, “http://” or “www." they will automtically become a clickable link once you submit your review to your manager. 

  


NEW! Print Individual Evaluations as PDF

As an Admin, you can now print off individual evaluations by using the print button in the “View/Export” button on the Cycle Summary page.

 

This opens a new page and subsequent print dialogue with the questions and answers for individual talents' manager evaluation and self-evaluations if applicable.
