Overview
Your admin reporting dashboard is designed to give you a high level overview of your organisations usage of OpenBlend, providing the insights you need to drive adoption and identify trends.
Our Admin Reporting Dashboard is split into different sections for different features. Please note you will only have access to the data if you have the feature enabled. On your report, depending on which modules your organisation has switched on, you'll be able to see:
General user information:
- Total number of live users
- Users without a manager assigned
Adoption
- % of employees who have completed registration
- % of employees who have had or have booked their first 1:1
- % of employees who have had a 1:1 in the last 3 months or have one booked in last 3 months
Usage and Activity
- Usage overtime
- % of employees by time that have had their first 1:1
- % of employees that have logged in
- Time since last login
- Time since last 1:1
Objectives
- % of employees with open Objectives
- Open Objectives by type
Actions
- % of employees with open actions
- Open Actions by type
Wellbeing
- Current average Wellbeing score
- % of employees by time since last Wellbeing update
Motivators
- Top 5 Motivators
- Average Motivator gap
- Current average Motivator score
- % of employees by time since last Motivator update
Develop
- % of employees with active Development pathways
- Development missions chosen by %
- Current average Motivator score
Lightbulb
- % of managers who have watched coaching guides

To get access to the admin reporting dashboard you will need to be an 'Admin' and have permissions to 'View data/ reporting'. Please note that only admins with the 'manage users' permissions will be able to apply this permission to someone else.
