Adoption
Our Adoption report is designed to give you insights into how well OpenBlend is being adopted within your organisation, looking at your employee's onboarding process and your current 1:1 adoption rate. The percentages within this data is based on your current user numbers, which you can see in the section above. Any leavers are not included in this data.
1. Have registered: Shows the percentage of employees who have completed their registration to OpenBlend
When launching OpenBlend, consistent and clear communication is key, helping to keep the platform and it's benefits at the forefront of everyone's minds. We recommend that you send out reminders to employees who have not yet registered.
You can use the export to filter the data to get the list of employees that you need to send the reminder to.
2. Had first 1:1 or have first 1:1 booked: Shows you the percentage of employees who have either had their first 1:1 or have it booked in
The second part of onboarding into OpenBlend is completing your first 1:1 discussion. Managers and their direct reports will need to have clicked 'Begin 1:1' for the session to have been logged and appear in this graph.
We recommend that you send out reminders to employees who have not yet booked/ had their first 1:1. You can advertise the ease of adding OpenBlend to any existing 1:1 meeting invites, simply by adding calendar@openblend.com as an attendee.

3. Had 1:1 in the last 3 months or 1:1 booked within the next 3 months: Gives you insight into your current adoption rates, not only looking at first time use, but regular use across all of your employees
As with the section above, we recommend sending out reminders to anyone who has not got a future session booked.

Usage and Activity
This graph allows you to gain insights and identify trends over time, by looking at engagement through log-ins and held 1:1s. It looks at users historically, which includes any leavers no longer at your business. You can filter this graph by date range & view using the drop downs.
The above bar chart shows time since last log in and time since last 1:1. This data only looks at your current employees in OpenBlend. Please note that no activity means they have never logged in.
