OpenBlend's Admin Reporting Dashboard is designed to give you a high level overview of your organisation's usage, giving you the insights you need to drive adoption through keeping a track on usage and identifying trends. This how-to guide gives you all the information you need to know about filtering the data in the dashboard.
Overview
You are able to filter the entire reporting dashboard to view the data by a specific team, location or any of your custom groupings which you may have set up. Please note that this filter is a page wide filter and so anything you select will apply to all of the graphs and the exports.

Please note that you will need to have Job Functions & Office Locations enabled to use these filters. If you do not have these set-up yet, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or if you are unsure who your CSM is, please feel free to email customersuccess@openblend.com
Filters Available
You can set the filters that you would like to filter the data by, simply click on the "Filters" button on the top left hand side of the dashboard and then simply select the checkboxes against the categories that you would like to filter on.
The filters include:
- Job Function
- Office Location
- Custom Filters (x3)
If you have a User Sync enabled, you can have up to 3 custom filters in Data on Demand, allowing you to split your data in the way you need it.

Usage & Activity Filters
You can also change the view and filter to a specific time period on the Usage & Activity over time graph.
Filtering this graph
You are able to filter this graph to view all time or specific date ranges. You can do this using the "Date range:" dropdown on the right hand side of the graph, the options are:
- Last 3 months (to date)
- Last 6 months (to date)
- Last 1 year (to date)
- Last calendar year (January - March of the year before)
- Last 2 years (to date)
- Last 3 years (to date)
- All time
Graph Views
You can view this graph by Months, Quarters or Years, using the "View by:" dropdown on the right hand side of the graph. Please note that the Quarters option is based on calendar quarters.
