This release is focused on improvements to our super users access to be able to have more visibility across the team.

NEW! Wider Team overview  

 

NEW! Managers of managers will now be able to view direct reports throughout their wider team:


When managers click on the “Current Team” hyperlink in Team Insights they will see a new eye icon next to every person in their wider team.



Clicking this eye icon will take the manager to that talent’s snapshot page and display them as if they were a direct report.





Managers will be able to see the full profile of any direct reports as if they were their own direct report.


Managers will be able able to go into their direct talent who has a managers status and book a 1:1 between that manager and their talent. 


 Super Users will also be able to have access to the same feature. Please ask your CSM to have it switched on. 

    

   

   

Other Changes


Evluate 

  • Users will no longer be able to mark Not Applicable a user in an evaluate or probation cycle that has saved as draft or submitted anything for that evaluate cycle.

  

Objectives 

  • Objectives can now be cloned from the details page for any given objective.
