NEW! Lightbulb 


Lightbulb brings world class coaching guidance in the form of bite-sized e-learning modules. 

Embedded into OpenBlend, they provide your manager and team member population with the confidence, capability and know-how to have great 1:1’s to boost performance.   

Whether you have managers and team members with years of experience holding 1:1’s or they are brand new to them, everyone will get something out of Lightbulb. 


Accessing Lightbulb

Lightbulb can now be accessed within your demo environment, allowing you to view the content and see how Lightbulb empowers both managers and team members to consume useful tips in the moments before, and after their 1:1 conversations. 

You can access Lightbulb within OpenBlend, by clicking on the new ‘Lightbulb’ icon in your left-hand navigation, as seen below.  



 

Once in Lightbulb, you will be able to access the coaching guides and downloadable content, related to the modules you have included as part of your OpenBlend subscription.  




 


Managers and team members have different coaching guides within Lightbulb. Managers will be able to see the coaching guides for team members and themselves. Team members within your organisation who are not managers will only be able to see the ‘coaching guides for team members’.  

From your Lightbulb homepage, click on the chosen coaching guide. You will be taken straight into the content, which is broken up into modules, and shorter chapters on the left-hand side. 



 

Each coaching guide has a downloadable worksheet summarising the Lightbulb content, which is accessible inside a coaching guide underneath the video. Each video within the coaching guide is also subtitled in English. 

As you watch each module video, the progress tick will change to green, to show it has been completed.  


What happens when you partially complete a video in Lightbulb? 

On your coaching guide homepage, the last coaching guide you watched will show ‘in progress’ at the top of the page. Clicking on ‘continue to coaching guide’ will take you back into the coaching guide, opening up the video you were last on. It will not remember your progress inside that video. 



When you finish at least one video in any coaching guide, the square tiles on the Lightbulb homepage will also change to ‘In progress’. 




When you have completed a coaching guide, it will show up as ‘Watch again’.
