Overview

We are thrilled to announce some smaller enhancements that have been introduced across the OpenBlend platform to improve your experience.  

 

  • The demo release date for this update is Tuesday 20th February 2024. 

  • The live release date for this update will be Monday 11th March 2024. 

 

Develop Module:  

  • We have introduced a custom- setting, which means it is not mandatory to have 1:1s to create a Development Plan in the Develop module. This means your team members can create their own Development Plan with no approval needed from their manager. 
  • Seniority levels can now be customised to be called anything that is suitable for your organisation.  


Objectives:  

  • You can now include progress update comments for yes/no objective items. 



 

  • Tooltips will now be shown for long milestone titles. 
  • Spell check has now been introduced in Evaluate and Objective titles.
