PREPARING FOR MAKING 1:1s EASY
Focus Types and Frequency Settings
As we prepare for the launch of 'Making 1:1s Easy', we wanted to share more information about our default focus types and frequency settings.
1:1 focuses aim to bring consistency to the structure of 1:1 conversations, whilst frequency settings aim to ensure the right topics are discussed at the right time.
We have created this short document which explains:
- How to access these settings
- What OpenBlend default focuses are available
- How to create custom focuses
- How to edit frequency settings
Please take a few moments to review the document and consider any changes you would like to make. These settings will not affect the functionality of the tool until the release of ‘Making 1:1s Easy’. We have granted access to the settings early to allow you to consider your requirements, as these are mandatory settings that will use the default options unless amended.
