EVALUATE UPDATES 

Transforming performance conversations 

 

For OpenBlend customers who use our Evaluate module, we are introducing some exciting new updates. These changes are now live in your demo environment and will go live to all users on Monday 2nd December. Highlights include: 


  • Evaluations (formerly 'review cycles') can now be duplicated.
  • Admins can now delegate an evaluation review to another individual.
  • When setting up an Evaluation, you can now create new 'Forms' (formerly 'review templates') or customise an existing one without leaving the Evaluation setup process.
