FEBRUARY 2024:

Celebrating the power of conversation at our first user group event

 

Thank you once again to everyone who joined us at our customer event in Central London at the start of the year. It was a fantastic day of conversation, learning, and knowledge-sharing. We enjoyed a variety of sessions on the day, our favourite being our customer performance panel discussion with The King's Trust, Gymshark, and The Caravan and Motorhome Club.

JULY 2024:

Redefining our customer value drivers 

 

In Autumn 2023, we launched our customer value drivers. Our objective was to establish a comprehensive set of categories and trackable metrics that OpenBlend customers could align with, ensuring we're consistently delivering value and insightful data. Following customer feedback, and recognising the importance of continuous improvement, we refined our original value drivers over the summer this year.  

SEPTEMBER 2024:

Our new 1:1 experience 

 

Back in September, we launched our brand new 1:1 experience, transforming the way we support 1:1s between managers and their direct reports. Our new update included:


✔️ A simpler homepage: Quick access to the areas you need the most 

✔️ New navigation: Easier to use to save you time 

✔️ New 1:1 Focus and Purposes: Ensuring the right conversations are taking place

DECEMBER 2024:

Enhancing performance conversations with Evaluate updates


For OpenBlend customers who use our Evaluate module, at the start of the month, we  introduced some exciting new updates which include: 

  • Evaluations (formerly 'review cycles') can now be duplicated
  • Admins can now delegate an evaluation review to another individual
  • When setting up an Evaluation, you can now create new 'Forms' (formerly 'review templates') or customise an existing one without leaving the Evaluation setup process
