Getting started
Within 'Company Settings' in your admin tab, you have two sections to make changes to Objectives for your organisation:
- Objectives Features Enabled
- Objectives Types and Templates
Some settings can only be changed by your Customer Success Manager. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
1. Objectives Features Enabled
Within this section, you can make changes to the following areas:
- Decide whether to make tags mandatory
- Require managers to approve the closing of personal objectives
- Give 'Objectives' a different, more suitable name for your organisation i.e. Goals, Priorities
- Choose a scoring system for objectives (if applicable)
- Turn on company and team objectives
- Turn on milestones
2. Objectives Types and Templates
Within this section, you can make changes to the following areas:
- Add company, team and performance objective description templates
- Add a company-specific tooltip
- Personal development objective
- Career development objective
