Feedback is an optional feature; your business may not have it switched on.

Feedback supports and guides you to share constructive information to improve your performance.

Note: Feedback includes received and given tab so that you can easily navigate to each feedback cycle.

When in OpenBlend, navigate to the Feedback area of your Profile. You will land directly on your Feedback page where you can see Received and Given tabs.  


Received Feedback


Received Feedback allows you to view responses as soon as they are sent by your peers or manager. This is clearly highlighted as new and can be viewed under your received tab. 


1. Go to My Profile

2. From the Summary dashboard, any responses will display on the Feedback title or widget 

3. Navigate to Feedback from the side menu  

4. All received Feedback will be found in this area - updates will be visible to inform you of any new Feedback. 

5. Click the 3 dots to View Feedback responses - you also have the opportunity to add any Feedback to your Talking Points (if Talking Points are enabled)

6. Use the tabs to view Doing Well and Needs Support responses


Note: Received Feedback can be viewed and discussed during a session with your manager or peers to develop greater value conversations. 


7. Discussing received Feedback during a session will include coaching framework to recognise success and track where support is needed




8. Click on the name if you would like the view all received Feedback from that person 


Note: An email is sent as soon as your Feedback is sent 

Given Feedback


The Given tab allows you to view a list of all your Feedback requests. 


There are different statuses associated to the Given tab to help you when sharing and giving Feedback:

  • Pending - when feedback request is not yet sent and hasn't passed due date
  • Overdue - when feedback request is not sent and has passed 60 days from the due date 
  • Missed - when feedback request is not sent and has passed 60 days from the due date 


If your status is missed you are unable to submit any Feedback, this will remain in your list as missed. In order to respond to this specific Feedback, the requestor will be required to request this Feedback again.  


Note: When giving Feedback you will be asked the following 'what has (name) done well' and 'where does (name) need support?'


1. Go to My Profile 

2. Navigate to Feedback from your side menu  

3. Click the Given tab to view all your Given Feedback

4. Click start to complete your Feedback  

5. Complete the Feedback form whilst implementing the GROW coaching framework



6. Save your response as a draft until you are ready to send your Feedback - (start to continue)

7. Click send once reviewed and completed
8. Click view Feedback for the employee you want to view OR click their name and access Feedback via their Profile



Feedback reminder is sent 72 hours before the due date.
