Your Motivator & Wellbeing information is only visible to you and your direct line manager, any data seen at Senior Management or at the company level is aggregated.
Setting up your Motivators
Often, Motivators will only become available to you after you have had your first 1:1 with your manager.
Once Motivators have become available to you, you can set them up in your own time. To begin setting up, navigate to the "Me" area then click on "Motivators" from the main navigation menu.
The learning guide should then walk you through what you need to do.
Step 1: pick the Motivators that are important to you - toggle those on by clicking on the switch next to the name.
Once you have selected all your Motivators, proceed to step 2.
In this step you can enter a personalised Goal statement for each Motivator if you wish (this will help your manager understand what this Motivator means to you).
You also need to give the Motivator a current score (out of 10), representing how well things are going in this area of your work/life at the moment.
Repeat this process until all of your Motivators have been scored (and hopefully also have goal descriptions).
As you progress with setting up your Motivators, you will see a real-time simplified Motivators Wheel, to give a visual representation of your progress.
Setting up Wellbeing
Wellbeing looks at three questions, which you can rate on a regular basis to keep a track of your own mental health and wellbeing.
The three questions are:
- How happy are you?
- How confident are you?
- How capable do you feel to manage stress?
Once within the Wellbeing section of OpenBlend, you will see three gauge dials and three empty charts below, looking at the questions mentioned above.
Simply select the rating you would like to set initially for each of the questions and click "Save Scores".
