OpenBlend's Admin Reporting Dashboard is designed to give you a high level overview of your organisation's usage, giving you the insights you need to drive adoption through keeping a track on usage and identifying trends. 

This how-to guide gives you all the information you need to know about exporting the data from the dashboard. 



Overview


As part of this report, we give you the abiltiy to export some of the data  from your reporting dashboard by user, by Grouping which includes Job Function, Office Location and any custom groupings you have set-up.

Exporting Data into Excel


Simply use the "View/export data" button on the top right handside of the dashboard and select the option you would like to export the data by.

 

Once you are Then from the pop-up you can use the three dots on the right hand side to export the data into Excel.

   

   

The data that you can export, varies depending on the option you select. The sections below explain the different data points you can access when exporting the data by user or Job Function/Office Location.
  

  

Data Exportable by User


 

When exporting by user, you will get access to high level information by each of your employees, which you can then filter in Excel. The data you have access to is listed below. 

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Username
    The employee's email address which is used as their username in OpenBlend. 
  • Manager username
    The employee's direct manager email address which is used as the manager's username in OpenBlend. 
  • Job Function
  • Office Location
  • External ID
    The employee's External ID, if this is provided as part of your User Sync. 
  • Date added to OpenBlend
  • Login details sent or logged in?
  • Is registered?
  • Has future session booked?
  • Days since last login?
  • Logins in last 12 months
  • Days since last session?
  • Sessions in last 12 months
  • Has open individual or team Objectives
  • Has any Objectives closed in the last 3 months
  • Has open Actions
  • Has any Actions closed in the last 3 months

 

Please note, Blend & Wellbeing is not included for data privacy reasons and to protect the employee/manager relationship when discussing these personal items. 

  

  

Data Exportable by Groupings


 

When exporting by user, you will get access to high level information by each grouping, which you can then filter in Excel. The data you have access to is listed below.

  • Number of users
  • Percentage logged in last month
  • Percentage logged in in last 3 months
  • Average Wellbeing
  • Average Happiness 
  • Average Confidence
  • Average Ability to manage stress
  • Average Blend Gap
